Webuild is seeking a skilled Topography Responsible to manage and oversee all topographic activities for our Sibiu–Pitești Motorway project. The role includes ensuring accurate measurements, supervising the survey team, and coordinating with other departments to provide essential data for successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination and Supervision

• Lead and manage the topography team, including survey engineers and assistants
• Assign tasks and monitor performance to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines

Surveying and Measurements

• Oversee all topographic surveys and on-site measurements to guarantee accuracy
• Verify and validate topographic data and reports generated by the team

Data Management

• Ensure accurate documentation and archiving of topographic data and maps
• Provide topographic support to other departments, including design and construction teams

Technical Support

• Act as the primary technical advisor for all topographic matters within the project
• Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to the team as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Geodesy, Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in topographic surveying, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects
• Proven experience in managing and supervising teams
• Proficiency with surveying equipment (total stations, GPS systems, laser scanners)
• Strong knowledge of CAD software and GIS tools
• Familiarity with international standards for topographic and geodetic measurements
• Excellent organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Effective communication and reporting skills in English
