Objective:
Insure highest level of Customer satisfaction during all the after sales activities
Job Description:
Liaise with Customers aiming at the seamless and consistent flow of information relevant to the After Sales activities
Provide “first aid” assistance to Customer requests, analyse reported pump working issues and propose trouble shooting procedures
Organize and manage on-site assistance, when required
On-site intervention
Coordinate with the Spare Parts dept any offer relevant to parts required for site assistance jobs
Within the after sales team, support the activities:
- Enter into the ERP systems projects under warranty terms, revisions and site assistances
- Enter and update in the system all the technical documents relevant to the After Sales (EDM)
- Preparation, monitoring and submission of contractual reports
Follow-up of the invoicing and money collection relevant to payable assistances
