What are we searching for? 

We are looking for a full-time Program Manager to lead complex, multi-workstream customer initiatives within our Customer Success organization. You will ensure strong governance, predictable execution, and measurable outcomes, while driving adoption, retention, and long-term customer success.


What will you be responsible for?

As a Program Manager, you will own customer programs end-to-end, acting as the primary point of accountability across teams, partners, and stakeholders.

Customer Success & Strategic Account Ownership

  • Act as the primary owner for assigned customer accounts, coordinating all active programs and initiatives.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer objectives, operating models, and success criteria.
  • Drive adoption and sustained value through onboarding, rollout, and continuous optimization.
  • Monitor customer health and engagement to proactively mitigate risks and identify optimization or expansion opportunities.
  • Serve as an escalation point for critical customer issues and feed structured insights into product and delivery best practices.

Program Delivery

  • Provide end-to-end leadership across complex engagements involving multiple projects, workstreams, and partners.
  • Define and govern program scope, roadmap, success criteria, and execution model.
  • Orchestrate internal teams and partners, managing dependencies, risks, and cross-workstream alignment.
  • Lead steering committees, executive status reviews, and key program checkpoints.
  • Oversee program financials, resource allocation, delivery quality, and overall profitability.
  • Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to operational support and customer success management.
  • Drive continuous improvement by incorporating lessons learned into execution standards and frameworks.

Cross-functional & Partner Leadership

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, and Partner teams to align on customer outcomes.
  • Influence product roadmap discussions through structured, customer-driven insights.

Continuous Improvement & Best Practices

  • Contribute to building repeatable governance frameworks, playbooks, and templates.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline delivery processes and improve efficiency and customer experience.
  • Mentor and guide project teams to ensure consistent execution standards.


What would you bring to the table?

  • 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Customer Success, or IT Project Management within SaaS, software delivery, or consulting environments.
  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder programs from initiation through rollout and adoption.
  • Strong background in customer onboarding, engagement, retention, and driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience delivering programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with tailored governance, risk, and financial oversight.
  • Experience with partner-led and/or cross-organizational delivery models is a plus.
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders, manage escalations, and build trusted client relationships.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments while balancing short-term priorities and long-term objectives.
  • Fluent in English; availability to travel up to 50%.
