Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping and tax compliance
Senior Accountant / Contabil senior / Specialist contabilitate
 Responsible for the complete preparation of the trial balances for client’s portfolio
 Prepares for the clients all fiscal declarations in accordance with the legal provisions
as assigned by the Manager/ Partner in charge
 Ensures the correctness of any data/ documents introduced into the system,
corrects identified errors or, if the case, escalates to the Manager in charge to
receive clarifications/ directions.
 Supervises its teams accounting activities and oversees maintenance of the books
of the clients’ organization including payables, receivables, inventories, fixed assets,
and payrolls. Through the supervision ensures entry quality control of team
members.
 Demonstrates strong technical skills & knowledge to identify risks, remedy options
and risk minimization solutions.
 Keeps updated and comply with accounting and fiscal regulation changes
 Actively identify, participate and support in the introducing more effective and
efficient ways of performance of assignments through introduction of new digitalized
techniques and tools, processes as well as training.
 Responsible for the submission of various tax return declarations and required
documents to the Financial Administration or other public authorities as assigned by
the Manager in charge.
Statutory and management reporting
 Prepares and verifies financial statements and management accounts (balance
sheet, profit and loss account and notes) for client’s portfolio
Accounting controlling and tax advisory
 Prepares appropriate analytical review of the trial balance to identify unusual
variations in current month/quarter/year movements versus previous periods’
movements (expenses, incomes, unusual transactions) and prepare financial
analysis requested by the Manager/ Partner in charge
 Responsible for the appropriate monthly and annual reconciliations of relevant
account balances in accordance with statutory accounting requirements including
VAT returns
