Key Responsibilities:

1. Design high-voltage (HV) electrical systems (up to 36kV+) for microgrid projects.
2. Lead the grid interconnection application, negotiation, and approval process with European Distribution System Operators (DSOs) or Transmission System Operators (TSOs).
3. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with local grid operators and key stakeholders.
4. Oversee the electrical integration of subsystems like PV, BESS, and charging stations.
5. Provide advanced technical support for business development and bid proposals.
6. Review and approve electrical drawings, specifications, and equipment selection.
7. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to developing internal technical standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the power sector; prior experience with a grid operator (DSO/TSO) is a significant advantage.
3. Proven expertise in HV electrical design for distribution or generation projects.
4. In-depth knowledge of European grid codes and the grid connection process for renewable energy plants.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
6. Proven experience with microgrids, renewable energy, or large-scale BESS projects.
7. Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent European certification is highly preferred.
