The Enterprise Customer Success Systems Engineer plays an important role in Veeam's customer success and retention efforts. This candidate will work remotely with our EMEA-based customers, as a post-sales systems engineer providing technical product and best practices guidance to ensure our customers maximize the value of their Veeam purchase. We are seeking a candidate who is not only fluent in English but also exhibits strong collaboration skills, effective communication, and a proven technical background across various Veeam products and associated technologies. This candidate should possess a genuine drive to maximize customer success and achieve positive outcomes.
