Description


The main responsibility of this position is to assist the Sales Team through interaction with suppliers and customers, handling orders, and managing the logistics of our shipments. This role will be based at our office in Piatra Neamț and offers an appealing compensation package depending on your qualifications and experience.


Job responsibilities


o Work independently to solve logistics, documentation, and freight solutions.

o  Generate sales and purchase contracts as directed by the Sales team.

o  Process orders provided by the Sales team, by securing purchase and sales as agreed by the sales team

o  Coordinate the documentation flow and other paperwork: including Health Certificate, Certificate of origin and alike.

o  Manage and build relationships with freight providers to ensure on-time deliveries and low-cost rates

o  Coordinate and direct transportation needs at multiple facilities

o  Project work or items outside of this as specified from time to time by the Responsible Manager Company


Job qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • A degree in business related field; or 3-4 years of related experience in logistics and order handling
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills
  • Intermediate skill with Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work with a team yet make independent decisions and meet deadlines without constant supervision
