Microsoft 365 Consultant

Who is this role for:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft 365 Consultant to join our Professional Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with as part of our highly successful team; designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft 365 services and solutions for our clients. You will work with the engineering lead and practice lead to plan and deliver high-quality Microsoft 365 focused projects and deliverables. Being part of a larger international group, you will have a lot of opportunities to create new products using your skills but you will also get the chance to develop your career and to gain new skills. We expect you to have the right communication skills that will allow you to work in international teams as well as to share your knowledge with your teammates.

Certification Requirements:

• Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Expert;
• Microsoft 365 Messaging Administrator Associate;
• Microsoft 365 Teams Administrator Associate.

What skills and experience do you need?:

• 3 years' experience with implementing, configuring, and managing a Microsoft 365 environment.
• Experience with designing and implementing cloud migrations including on-premises hybrid, tenant-to-tenant, and cross-platform migration tools such as Quest On-Demand/BitTitan MigrationWiz.
• High degree of proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API.

What will you be doing?:

• Working as part of the Microsoft 365 team to lead a variety Microsoft 365-focused projects including but not limited to Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Ensuring the creation delivery of high-quality, detailed documentation to customers for a wide range of Microsoft 365 projects.
• Creation of customer solution designs including cloud migrations, tenant-to-tenant migrations, digital transformation and securing cloud deployments
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders on status, risks and timelines.
