To perform daily tasks, it is important that:

* you are able to identify specific problems and propose solutions

* you are able to follow the standards and regulations

* you take feedback into account and work with other people in order to get the results

* you own a degree as engineer in manufacturing vehicles/machines/automation

* you own a Certificate as an Automotive Painter and/or Industrial Painter

* you know English level A2 or above

* you work with operating computer programs such as SAP, MS Office and any other software that is standard within the industry

* you have a driving license category B and preferable also C

There is a great advantage if:

* you have 5+ years of professional experience in leading a blue collar team

* you have experience in working according to processes and implementing quality standards (ISO 9001 and AQAP)

* you have knowledge about surface treatment of metallic substrates, vehicle components made of steel, armored steel and aluminum, anticorrosion treatments following specifications and guidelines, as well as work according to drawings including the corresponding pretreatment

* you have knowledge about surface coating by means of solvent based and water based 1K and 2K paintwork systems for military applications, joint sealing with flexible sealing compound, manual application using Airmix, pressure tank and flow cup gun

Here are your most important tasks, among others:

-Provide leadership and line management to the team, coordinating their workloads, providing support to ensure that the team delivers, monitoring any issues, and ensuring production targets and quality standards are met in order to reach the requirements of the customer

-Planning daily activities, training and giving instructions to employees, controlling execution, ensure that defined standards are achieved and required controls are performed, solve or escalating problems

-Cooperation with internal interfaces

-Ensuring occupational safety measures are observed and installations are ready for operation

-Collaborating in the team, optimizing production resources, assuring quality according to regulations

-Finding spontaneous, practical masking solutions

-Controlling the flow of material to various internal departments
