Ești aici, chiar pe platforma eJobs.ro, așa că probabil deja știi câte ceva despre noi, dar în caz că nu ai foarte multe detalii, ți le lăsăm mai jos.

Platforma eJobs.ro a fost creată în 1999 și a fost primul site de joburi online din România. Un grup curajos de studenți a înființat eJobs din dorința de a inova metoda clasică de recrutare prin anunțuri de ziare. Iar astăzi, mai bine de 20 de ani mai încolo, continuăm să inovăm industria recrutării în continuare.

Ce ne motivează?

Formăm echipe fericite, căutând cele mai bune potriviri dintre oameni și companii, iar asta se reflectă, desigur, și în echipa noastră. Iar dacă vrei să ni te alături, trebuie să știi că la noi vei găsi:

FLEXIBILITATE. Credem că jobul trebuie să se potrivească ca o mănușă vieții tale personale, nu vice versa. Ca atare, punem preț și pe ECHILIBRUL VIAȚĂ-JOB.

SPIRIT ANTREPRENORIAL. Suntem o echipă de aproape 100 de oameni și lideri de piață de mai bine de 20 de ani, dar refuzăm să ne culcăm pe lauri pentru că știm că avem în continuare nevoie de AGILITATE pentru a fi INOVATORI.

CURAJ. Testăm frecvent tehnologii, produse, servicii și idei noi, așa că nu-ți fie teamă să-ți exprimi opiniile dacă vii în echipa noastră. Vrem să-ți auzim ideile!

Mai sunt, desigur, multe de zis despre cine suntem noi, dar hai să-ți povestim și de beneficiile mai practice din echipa noastră.

The eJobs.ro platform was created in 1999 and was the first online job board in Romania. A group of courageous students founded eJobs because they wanted to innovate the classic recruitment method that used newspaper ads. Today, more than 20 years later, we continue to innovate the recruitment industry.
